This is a service/commission fee charged, as part of the commission owed to the brokerage, to buyers and sellers at closing for their transaction. It's mostly used for paperwork processing and document storing and management. In Minnesota, most brokerages have this charge and it can range from $200-$800. Some teams also charge this fee at closing. Our team does not charge a fee separate from commission and/or our brokerage.
