Question 16 of 30 Questions over 30 Days answered in 30 Seconds - Is it okay if I stay at home when potential buyers are looking at it? Shouldn't I in case they have questions about the house?
There are two main reasons why this is NOT recommended:
1. If you're at home, the buyers tend to be uncomfortable and rushing through the property, also not asking their real estate agent questions or discussing the home for fear of offending you.
2. It's hard for them to picture it as their future home and somewhere they can live when seeing you and knowing it's your home and you live there. (same concept with tucking away the majority of your personal photos)
