This data is from Infosparks, connected to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors Northstar MLS.  It is 12 month rolling data 1/1/20 -12/31/20 compared to the same the year prior.  There are some interesting items - there is a large difference in the month of supply inventory (how long it would take to sell the current inventory available).  Single family homes are down 28.6%, however townhomes and condos are up 16.7%.  Other numbers are more consistent seeing active listings down, days on market down, sales prices and price per square foot up.  

Although it's a seller's market, many may argue and say that even so, it's a great time for buyers as interest rates are lower than they can ever remember, and people are able to sell high and buy a lot more home for the same payment of their current one.
